Charlotte Mousel, a dearly loved and respected Past President of CFRW Southern Division as well as a State and National President, symbolizes and what we, as, Republican Women, respect and feel. Charlotte exemplifies the dedication and commitment of Federated Women. Southern Division's prestigious scholarship is named in honor of Mrs. Mousel. The scholarship is awarded to assist graduating seniors who demonstrate ability to think constructively on matters affecting our government in our serving communities.  The Charlotte Mousel Scholarship is given every year by CCRWF to a young man or woman who reflects qualities of Citizenship and Scholarship.  CCRWF accepts applications from graduating seniors in our serving communities:  Alta Loma, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland  This year's scholarship award from our club is $1,000.  Deadline for submission is March 1, 2018

Chaffey Community Republican Women, Federated

This scholarship award, up to $1,000.00, is open to Republican Women who have completed 2 years of college by June of the current year and are on track to continue their education towards a Bachelor’s Degree. They must live CCRWF’s service are in the chartered cities of Alta Loma, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland. Applicants are judged on scholastic achievement, community involvement, extracurricular activities, and an essay.
